No ordinary fish and chip van!
Pimp My Fish take great pride in cooking their fish & chips to absolute perfection, to be eaten just as nature intended with salt & vinegar or pimped up with homemade sauces and sides to give a creative twist to a British classic.
The food will be served directly from the truck. Additional staff can be booked in the staffing section to serve the food if necessary.
Minimum spend: £1,800

Prime cod fillet from sustainable waters, cooked to perfection with our twice cooked chips. Served with a wedge of lemon, parsley and Maldon sea salt

Crispy fish finger burrito with Asian slaw, sriracha mayo, mango chutney and Saturday night curry sauce
2PAC TACOS
2 tacos filled with crispy fish fingers with zingy salsa, red cabbage, sour cream and sriracha dressing with lime and coriander
THE B.I.G BURGER
Crispy panko cod with wasabi tartare, spicy roquito peppers, iceberg and candied lemon on a toasted brioche
All of the above are available in vegetarian and vegan options
