FOOD TRUCK HIRE
TonBo
Our gorgeous Japanese food truck Tonbo, is available on request. There are 3 different menus for Tonbo. We have a sushi menu, a bowl food menu and a canapes and bowl food menu.
All costs include exclusive hire of the food truck, their travel costs to London and surrounding counties and our expert chef and assistant. The food will be served directly from the truck. Additional staff can be booked in the staffing section to serve the food if necessary.
Bowl food MENU
Serving of 1 bowl per person.
Menu includes:
- Salmon Poke Bowl – Sashimi salmon on seasoned sushi rice, with bean sprouts, cucumber, rocket, seaweed and sesame dressing
- Chicken Karaage Donbuir – Marinated crispy chicken on steamed rice with shredded raw cabbage, Japanese Mayonnaise.
- King Prawn Tempura Donburi – light crispy tempura on shredded cabbage, rice and Japanese mayonnaise.
- Teriyaki Sweet Potato Donburi – Sweet potato pieces in a sticky teriyaki sauce on steamed rice with pickled cucumber (V,VE, GF, DF)

Canapés & Bowl Food MENU
Canapés
Mini Seabass & Edamame Fishcakes, Crispy Vegetable Gyoza and our Premium Seafood & Vegetarian Sushi Platter. The canapés are catered as 1 per person for the fishcakes and gyoza, and then 2 pieces of sushi per person.
BOWLS
Serving of 1 bowl per person.
Menu includes:

SUSHI MENU
Sushi platters will be prepared fresh from Tonbo for your guests. This menu allows for 15 pieces of sushi per person.
We will provide the platters for the sushi to be served on plus compostable palm plates with chopsticks for guests to load their sushi on to. Platters will be a mixture of premium seafood nigiri, hosomaki, and inside out maki rolls as well as vegetarian options.
