EQUIPMENT

Chefs will provide own knives, chopping boards and chop-sticks. Note that if you have chosen this service, servers for the sushi and any drinks should be ordered separately in our staffing section. Tableware is not included but can be found in our Tableware section.

    Our professionally trained sushi chefs will ensure super fresh sushi served straight from your kitchen. It includes salmon and tuna inside out rolls with cucumber and avocado, salmon and tuna sashimi, salmon and tuna nigiri, salmon and tuna maki, yellowtail inside out rolls with avocado, yellowtail maki, yellowtail sashimi, yellowtail nigiri, classic California rolls, cucumber maki, avocado maki, pickled carrot maki, kanpyo and cucumber inside out rolls and of course your ginger, edamame, wasabi and your chopsticks. In short, your guests will be well fed! All inclusions are listed in the panel above. If you want serving staff and tableware, be sure to head over to our other sections. This service is ranges from £42 - £60 per head, depending on your numbers.
