Vegetarian: Broad bean, pea, ricotta & mint tart, avocado, pomelo & coriander rice cake (ve, df), BBQ Romanesco & cauliflower (ve), yellow courgette, green bean & truffled honey (v,gf).
Fish: Tuna tataki (gf, df), Smoked seabass taco, Dorset crab doughnut, smoked salmon rillette (gf).
Meat: Zaatar lamb leg, Gloucestershire Old Spot sausage roll, glazed chicken spiedini (gf), bresaola crostini.
Bridge Rolls: Chicken & tarragon bridge roll, Montgomery cheddar and Mediterranean chutney bridge roll (v), prawn cocktail bridge roll, east beef & horseradish bridge roll.
