A substantial collection of canapés featuring a selection of vegetarian, fish and meat canapés, bridge rolls and cakes. 160 canapés, serves 14-16 guests.
Vegetarian: Broad bean, pea, ricotta & mint tart, parmesan sables, goats curd, courgette & black olive bridge roll, egg and mustard cress bridge roll.
Fish: Tuna tataki (gf, df), Smoked seabass taco, prawn cocktail bridge roll, smoked salmon rillette bridge roll.
Meat: Zaatar lamb leg, Gloucestershire Old Spot sausage roll, chicken & tarragon bridge roll, beef sirloin & horseradish bridge roll.
Cakes: Carrot cake (ve, df, n), chocolate & salted caramel cake (v, gf), lemon drizzle cake (v), strawberry & basil cream (v).
